I can't even say Flower Delivery experience because my ordered flowers never arrived. I scheduled and paid extra for Saturday delivery.

FedEx had the tracking show it was now scheduled for a Tuesday delivery. When I emailed, they offered me a 20% off coupon for my NEXT delivery. When I called, they said they could find a local florist and have it arrive on Sunday. I received an email confirmation this would happen.

On Sunday. when I called to check on the delivery status, the call center assured me it was out for delivery (and they were not very pleasant about it). It was NOT out for delivery - in fact, they had never confirmed with the local florist and it wasn't even scheduled to go out. It is now Monday - no flowers.

I have called to cancel the order but this non-delivery has DAMAGED a relationship in my life that will cause lasting effects. Never again will I rely upon FTD.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Customer service, Never again.
