I ordered flowers to be delivered on Feb 14 valentines day to my fiance. i got a conf.

# conf. email and all that stuff confirming my order and saying it was done and would be delivered. well here it is 12pm noon on valentines day and i recieve an email from ftd saying they were despite our best efforts we are unable to fill your order as requested. we can fill your order on monday feb 18th and give you a $10 credit or just a full refund.

uhhh yea because that doesnt completely screw my plans up. where the *** am i supposed to get flowers from on valentines day that are worth a *** and dont look like *** when i get off of work at 5pm. thanks for completely screwing me over. this is why i paid for and order the flowers ahead of time.

never do business with these clowns again. only use ftd if you want to be promised on thing and then screwed over at the end
