I ordered flowers for our daughter in the SF Bay area and flowers with a balloon for our granddaughter in New York, both to be delivered on Valentine's Day... The orders never arrived.
"Customer (non)Service" is a recording that places you on terminal hold; in the email "option" there is no area offered to make an inquiry or state a complaint - instead they have a box for your order number sent to a blackhole. FTD baldly lied that they would deliver the orders on time.
Next time I will send an ecard - much cheaper than $157.62 and guaranteed to arrive on time. In the meantime, where the *** are the flowers???
