Received an e-mail the morning of Valentine's Day (2/14/2013) stating that they would not be able to deliver the flowers I ordered in advance.Hopefully I will have time to get my wife (who is 8 months pregnant) some flowers in between the time I get off of work and our dinner reservations, which is highly unlikely.
I would never do business with FTD again and I suggest that if you read this, then you do the same.
They offered a pathetic coupon that would not even cover their "service" fee...what a joke of a company.Avoid at all costs...you have been warned!
