This isn't the first time I've had poor customer service from this company. They are HORRIBLE.

No info regarding late deliveries or NO delivery at all! No calls from anyone who can help with my issue, just plenty of idiots saying "I understand your frustration sir." Each time I call or chat I have to go through the entire story again, provide the same info all over again, and put up with inept customer service reps with absolutely no idea as to how to help.

They might start with refunding my extra charge for an early in the day delivery.

These guys stink. If you need to get flowers to someone...go someplace else.

Whoever runs this company should be fired.

I liked: Maybe the pictures on the website.

I didn't like: Bad overall experience, Quality, Communication of issues.
