My son ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day. They were suppose to arrive on 5/9/25. Then suppose to come on the following day. Nothing! Finally arrived 5/11 at 7 at night. Flowers were dead!
Flowers arrived after Mother's Day and they were dead. Leaves and petals were brown and falling off.

I will say it is semi resolved . The delivery date was suppose to be 2/13.
So my wife of 42 years would once again receive roses again.
Flower arrived 2/17 and looked very sick ( had gotten frozen ) after many conversations they finally agreed to replace and took them until 2/25 to get flowers, less the vase. The laugh is on them as I have bought flowers every year for our anniversary (1 red rose for every year plus a dozen white roses) I will never do business with FTD again.

Did not deliver. admitted they didn't even have a florist in the area.
Tell that to my eleven year old granddaughter on her Birthday.
I will never trust them again and recommend you do not either.

Arrived: The email sent on 7/1124 at 10:15 a.m. advised the order was delivered.
The Pastor of the church arrived by 12 noon. However, the recipient: on behalf of her deceased: Father, did not receive the flowers.
The picture that FTD provided supports the delivery driver placed the flower outside on the ground in front of the Church.
Therefore, any passerby could have stolen the flower. The deliverer did not hand it to a person, confirming delivery.

Ordered a Premium Arrangement (Simple Charm Bouquet at $91) to be delivered on Mother's Day weekend (an added delivery charge brought the total to $123). Found out the arrangement never arrived despite it stating it was delivered.
Checked addresses/info, and all was correct on my end. I contacted FTD, and they gave me an option of a refund or resend. I chose resend ASAP. Four days later, after contacting FTD, my mom received her 'flowers'.
Thankfully, she sent me a photo, so I know never to use FTD again. The arrangement is pitiful. It's a fraction of the size, and the colors look nothing like the image on their site.
I understand they can't always use the same flowers, but come on...at least try! Attached are images of what I ordered and what she received.

I ordered the Comfort Planter with lilies at ftd.com for a friend in Texas who just lost her dad. The next day, my friend reached out to tell me that she had received the delivery.
When I asked how she liked the lilies, she surprisingly told me she didn't get any flowers. I requested a photo and was shocked that they delivered an umbrella plant instead, which is sometimes known in our culture as a 'bad luck' tree (whoever plants one usually dies within a short period). I was never informed of any substitution. I contacted FTD (customercare@***.com) to lodge a complaint.
They apologized and said they would issue a refund of $24.68.
I emailed back, saying they should refund the entire product price (I said they could waive the shipping and taxes) since it was not what I ordered. I never heard from them again.

I ordered flowers today, August 12, for delivery on August 14. I selected a same-day delivery arrangement to ensure it was delivered on time.
I received a note saying that the flowers could not be delivered on the 14th. The note gave me two options - 1) Deliver next available date (which was blank) or 2) cancel the order. I then asked what type of flowers could be delivered by August 14. I received a note instructing me to visit your website to view the substitution policy.
At that point, I cancelled because I realized I was not corresponded with a human. The customer service was poor. I then received another separate email stating I could have the flowers delivered in an award-winning box and shipped on the first available delivery date. Again, there was no mention of the delivery date.
I chose FTD, as I thought it was a reputable company.
I am extremely disappointed and found the templated customer service response terrible. If you cannot deliver the same day, please do not make people order flowers and then wait for 5 business days for a refund.

Deliver the flowers. No flowers were delivered.
I called 3 times to resolve and they couldn't figure it out. They even hung up on me once in customer service. The supervisor didn't know how to resolve it.
Now, I am cancelling my payment and using another company. Trying to have FTD customer service fix the problem has wasted 2 hours.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
That's what FTD should stand for! Never sent anything on mother's day, wasted my mother's time in my time.
Their customer service people just use canned replies, no apologies for messing up a special day.
Now I'm waiting on my refund. Promise to send her a complimentary bouquet but it will be something generic, not the special item I was hoping for originally.

FTDs system told me that at 5:20 pacific the flowers were delivered. They were not.
I called customer service at nearly 7 pacific to report this and was told that the flowers were still out for delivery and I should expect them before 8 pm.
At 8:15 I walked out to see them sitting on my fence near the garage door vs actually delivered to my front door. You pay for delivery as part of flower delivery service and I will never use FTD again.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day a week prior. They were supposed to be delivered today (5/10).
They were never delivered after countless calls to their useless customer service, being hung up on, etc. I finally was told that they ran out of flowers because it's Mother's Day. Really? Yes, they actually told me this.
They couldn't deliver anything in time for Mother's Day, only after.
They could only give me an account credit. Never, ever, ever use FTD again!
