I ordered sympathy flowers. I paid for the "Best" bouquet, which meant the fullest bouquet possible. She received something that looked nothing like the photo with less flowers than the basic option. I have emailed 4x's with no response, have messaged them through their website and called twice, was on hold for over 30min both times. Customer service is nonexistent.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase flowers from this website.

Lousy service and poor security protocols

A $40 order became a $65 order with their delivery charges. When attempting to cancel the order placed just minutes earlier, two separate representatives claimed it had already shipped. There is no way it could possibly ship that quickly. While I did finally get it canceled, it was not without extreme aggravation. Security protocols on their website are pathetic, the password requirement includes a "special character" but they do not say which magical "special characters" are acceptable and which are not. The "-" was not acceptable, but there was no detail that it wasn't.

Stop the lousy business practices of jacking up delivery fees. Also stop hiding what is required of customers to setup accounts. If there is a specific password protocol, then they need to detail what that is.

I ordered twice

I ordered flowers for. Mother in law. Got caught up in offers after order. Something did not register right, message said redo. I did and ended up ordering twice.

Ordered flowers they were never delivered, they insisted they delivered to correct address, never received them so now i am out 77 dollars. terrible.....thieves

User's recommendation: don't do business with them would be a terrible mistake and you will lose the money, they're crooks.

Code is not redeeming correctly

Coupon was not redeeming the correct amount. And it kept saying that it cannot combined with special orders. Which is all the orders.

On 3 February 2021 I placed an order with FTD.COM to be delivered on 12 February 2021 I thought 9 days was ample time for FTD to deliver on time so I didnt pay for expedited shipping. On 12 February 2021 I contacted FTD about the delivery and was told the delivery was delayed because of inclement weather. So. because of inclement weather UPS could not deliver to area code 31064. FYI. ANY carrier can claim weather related delays because of "An Act Of God" they are not required to make any delivery with no repercussions They attempted 16 February 2021 and we refused the delivery Any carrier can refuse to deliver because of An Act Of God And not held liable. On an interesting note FedEx delivered right next door

In answer to your question , No I'm not happy at all , Three times I called about my order not being delivered and each time you said it was , well it wasn't, it never got to her house and I had to call another florist co, to do what I paid you to do . And the last time I called you said you would refund my money, that you haven't done yet . So long story short you have not done anything that you said you would

Follow up to your question.

I did receive a form letter back from FTD stating that their flowers are guaranteed to be fresh for 7days. If not satisfied they would replace or refund. I did respond to that email, but doubt I will hear back. The problem is they did not start the order process until 2days before the scheduled delivery on 2/12 for Valentines Day knowing full well that the flowers were coming from Bogota Columbia. When you order in January for Valentines Day. You do not want them delivery on Monday or Tuesday after. Kinda misses the point. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on the Seattle delivery because of snow, but asked for a refund on the other. Doubt I will get it. As I told them I will go direct to a local florist in the future.Be

Replacement delivery right now.

I was promised a 4th time by an FTD customer service person your flowers will deliver today on Valentines Day from a local florist as it should have been in the first place. I ran a supply chain for a multi billion global company for many years and the one rule I always held close to my heart and soul was to think globally and act locally. Maybe FTD will learn a lesson some day before the only way they can do business is through a Pissed Off customer.com forum! I hope my wife of 42 years will receive her flowers today but I am skeptical given FTDs performance over the last many years.
