My husband sent me a dozen of pink roses for our anniversary. When these people, FDG, delivered them they were stale, never bloomed and 2 days later were dead. When my husband contacted FTD and complained about the poor service, they apologized but only reimbursed him $17 out of $130. We will never use either one again!!!
