I have posted pictures of what I ordered v. what was delivered.
I paid $70 for this arrangement. This is the FORTH time I've had this experience with FTD and I've been told it's a common problem because they figure few people will ever know what was delivered. I had order and paid for a "best" sized arrangement and they delivered an arrangement smaller than what was shown even in their much less expensive "good" arrangement.
I complained to customer service and they have promised a re-delivery tomorrow but of course for all I know the same florist will cheat me again. How do you tell your best friend "sorry your dad died and I'm sorry you were delivered such a lousy floral arrangement it wasn't what I ordered but they're sending a new one tomorrow."?
