I ordered 2 separate orders for Valentines day for my mother in law and my sis in law.They charged me twice for both orders.

I got one bouquet delivered that didn't even look like the picture. I called over and over and the customer service in India can only take orders and have no access to check status, refund, or speak about anything else. I've gave them my information and no call back 4 times! It's been 4 days and I am 220.00 short!

I have to get a refund for the flowers that have not been delivered and a refund for the double charge I got!

I am planning to file fraudulent charges on them!This company needs to be banded from the Unites States!
