FTD doesn't call the customer back if they experience a problem they simply shoot you an e mail and expect that you will get it in time for you to correct the problem.I ordered today (very first and last time using this company) and when I got back to check my e mails they said ordered was stopped.I called them up and asked them why and they say its b/c my cc declined (BS) I call my cc company and wouldn't you know it there is a 79 hold from FTD for the failed delivery.So this company borrow's consumers money for 3-5 business days and then doesn't deliver the product but holds your money b/c the address or something was invalid? why isn't this fraud in anyone else's eyes ? I mean they have my money on hold but won't deliver as they promised and I even got a transaction ID from them so I thought everything was fine.I will NEVER order from them again.They never once called to asked me to correct the problem which apparently wasn't a problem if they charged the card.FTD is a RIPOFF
