My cousin was in the hospital in Medford, Oregon. Even though it was Thanksgiving weekend, I wanted to send flowers to her because of the severity of her illness.

They were supposed to be delivered on 11/23, but she was also being discharged that day. FTD claimed they were delivered, however she NEVER got the flowers. I have called twice and written to their customer service, giving my cousin's home address and phone number, and as of yet, heard NOTHING from FTD one way or another. Now, she is having to have surgery tomorrow ...

but I have no idea if the flowers will be delivered prior to her going or while she is gone, and left to sit outside until she gets home.

It would be nice if the people responding on the telephone could actually speak fluent English, instead of having such a heavy accent that a person has to keep asking them to repeat what they just said.

This happened on both of my phone calls, and it just makes me more upset because I don't know if they even understood my problem.

To be fair, the flowers I ordered for delivery prior to Thanksgiving for other family members did arrive timely and were very close to what the pictures showed. The only one to have a problem was the one that really meant the most.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

First of all. An accent is no indication of someone being fluent in English.

Second it isn't FTD's fault if the flowers were delivered AFTER your relative was discharged. That is your problem.

Did you even ask if they could tell you when they were delivered? No probably not.
