I ordered the flower arrangement in white, good thing my friend sent me a picture they were everything except white. I called to complain I waited on hold for 15 minutes I could hardly understand the representative and she could hardly understand my English language ,I asked to speak with a supervisor she put me on hold for 30 minutes finally another representative came on which sounded exactly like the first one she said my friend can get a new on but has to give the original back.I thought that was ridiculous and embarrassing I would have to ask her to do that .So now they have me on hold again its been 25 minutes.

Poor customer service.

I have spent way to long on this company don't trust that what you want to deliver will be correct. Unfortunately when you call you will hold on all day and they wont understand you either.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $70.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
