Do not order flowers from FTD.Com!!I placed 3 orders for Christmas arrangements.
The first arrangement sent was the wrong arrangement and the second order has yet to be delivered! If you do not call and follow up you will be charged without any notification for an order that was never delivered. I've called every night for the last 4 nights, waited on hold for an extended period of time just to be read a script from someone in a foreign country. FTD does not support American business by outsourcing their customer service in a foreign country!
And good luck-their "customer service" is no help!! They are totally clueless!!
Save yourself the time, headache and aggravation!There are lots of florist to choose from-DO NOT SELECT FTD.COM!!!
