FTD-Delivered a cancelled order!
After overcharging me, I called FTD to cancel my order. Despite having written confirmation, they still charged me and delivered one of the bouquets! Now one family member received flowers and one didn't for Mothers Day. FTD's response after keeping me on hold for over an hour? An offer for a coupon on a future purchase
