Purchased a Birthday Cookie Cake 6+ weeks in advance to be delivered on 6/24 for my son's birthday as this was the 1st birthday he has been alone. It was not delivered and I was told when I called that it was 'unavailable' but 'should' be available on 6/26.
I don't need a Belated Birthday Cake. They argued that it was already shipped, and started with a 20% credit on future order, then 30%, 40%, 50% refund. Not acceptable. finally after 20 minutes, they decided they would cancel the delivery and refund ' - I hope!
Poorest customer service EVER!! Had they had the courtesy in that 6 weeks to notify me of the delay, I could have had a different, reliable company deliver something for him. Due to their negligence, he sat home all day waiting for the 'gift' I told him was being delivered and he had to be there to receive.
Total failure. I am DONE!
